Le festival aura lieu sur la terrasse du Novotel, 52ème rue. Ambition: “montrer le meilleur de la culture française et francophone” dit Caroline Haddad, de French Culture Nights. Les organisateurs espèrent réunir plus de quarante artistes et lancent donc un appel aux candidatures.
